eBay Coupon not recognised at checkout.

I have  £50 coupon sent to me by eBay with an expiry in 6 hours. The code is not recognised at checkout. How do I find a real human being to sort this out before it expires, or is that eBay's intention in the first place?

Yes, I had met all the T&Cs, but I could find no way to contact eBay to follow up. You saved the day with that link for a call back for which I am most grateful. It still took eBay 15 minutes to sort it out, but all worked out for the best at the end.
