Missing Payment

I bought an EV Charger off a seller for £258 and paid through PayPal. The seller changed the method of payment and the original tracking has not completed. I received the item as promised and all is fine. Unfortunately the seller has not received my payment made through Paypal via Ebay when I bought the item.

Although Paypal said it sent the payment on the 1st of May it never left my bank account until today the 7th. Buyer has still not received the payment and I cannot get a hold of anyone apart from the chat BOT , any ideas?

Did the seller change the way the item was posted?   If they didn't use eBay's Simple Delivery  postage that will delay the receipt of payment for 14 days.   The seller or you could contact ebay and ask them to check - by requesting a callback on here:
