Replacement

Customer returned the item for a replacement which was done but eBay keep asking us to refund the buyer and there is no way to select replacement as reason for the return

Replacement

The correct way would have been to make that full refund through the case details,  and for the buyer to buy the item you have listed.

 

There is no way to show a replacement has been sent, send the buyer a polite message for them to close the case.
