Dear eBay community , I am writing regarding a case involving a buyer who provided a delivery address where the courier attempted delivery multiple times but was unsuccessful. The delivery attempts are documented and can be verified through tracking and courier proof. As a seller, I have repeatedly messaged the buyer via eBay’s messaging system, advising them to contact the courier directly, as the parcel is being held for them and a delivery notice has been issued. Unfortunately, I have received no response from the buyer. Since only the buyer can update or correct the delivery address, I am unable to take further action on my end. I kindly ask for your guidance on how to resolve this case, given the buyer’s lack of response and the fact that the item is currently undelivered but was shipped to the address they provided in time.
