New postage system

As eBay “ are here to help “ and “ listen to the users “ please enlighten as to why the previous system which was working brilliantly had to be stopped creating all these new issues and endless problems.  Alternatively let’s have the option as a vendor to price and ship items as previously. The biggest red light was the use Evri who consistently deliver late and sometimes not at all. I would never use them.

You are not obliged to use Evri.

I know however the fact it is being utilised speaks volumes. Why was the system changed in the first place. It worked perfectly.

EBay offered me the opportunity to comment and I did.
Secondly having just looked at other people’s comments and I see I am very much not alone in being negative about Evri. 
Thirdly none of this detracts from the fact that the postage system is now more complicated and was working fine.

However, this part of the forum is for Ebay based questions that require quick and accurate answers.

Nobody from Ebay is likely to read your comments here.

Other parts of the forum are appropriate for discussion and responses from all members.

As I previously wrote eBay offered me a link for discussion and hey presto here I am. Must be a link managed by Evri as it would seem it took me to the wrong place.
