I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced something similar, or if there's any guidance from the community that might help.
Recently, my eBay account was placed under an MC011 restriction. I provided all the required documentation, including tracking for every order and an updated bank statement. While I understood this was part of a payout review, I was shocked to find that all my active listings were ended without any warning or explanation.
This has had a serious impact on my business — I’ve lost sales, customer trust, and my team is now at risk. I've worked hard to stay compliant with eBay policies and have maintained strong sales performance over the past year.
Additionally, I’m now unable to list pre-owned Samsung phones, even though I’ve sold them successfully before with proper tracking and buyer satisfaction.
I’ve contacted eBay support but haven't received a clear path forward. Has anyone been through this and successfully resolved it? I’d really appreciate any advice or insights.
