Log In - User Name does not exist - after 23 years

Been using my username to log in since 2002 (23 years). Today without any notification when I try to login it says ‘username does not exist’. I can still login using my email address, but not with username. Have I lost my username? Help?

Have you tried clearing cookies or using a different browser?   Others are having the same issue so it's not you.  eBay are looking into it:
