Ebay system asking for JPEG files and not recognising them when I try to send them

I am trying to attach photo's to a returns request but I can't upload my JPEG files. The ebay system keeps asking for JPEG files but won't accept them.

Photos must be of the correct proportion and size in MB as well as the correct format. Are you sure your photos comply? I believe many high-spec cameras can exceed the 7 MB limit.
