Recently sold an item that was listed using simple delivery - subsequently realised that the postage calculated and paid by buyer was insufficient so i posted directly using Evri and paid the correct rate. Can someone advise me how i can now mark the item as delivered please - its currently showing as still requiring despatch. I have tried generating a simple delivery label (so have now paid twice) and therefore paid ebay but there is no parcel to post now! - Thanks
