Ebay has left the building

An agent opened a ticket for me over a week ago and I've heard nothing. When I call if I'm able to they hang up. The virtual call is a waste of time. I think Ebay has burst its bubble, outdated and time consuming when thier is a problem. I'm going to buy from new from reputable companies for ease and peace of mind. Rip Ebay
