I'm unsure if I've asked before, but how can I stop overseas bidders bidding on my items? I don't post overseas, so by bidding they just f*** it up for others.

You can indeed set preferences to UK only. When writing the description of the item it is also prudent to add a sentence in big red type "UK only - I do not post overseas" though many eBayers it seems cannot [or do not] read descriptions ...

"You can indeed set preferences to UK only." How do I do that? I know I can exclude places I post to, but as yet I can't find how to block bidders, apart from the blocked buyers list, where you have to input individual buyers names. I may start stating that I don't post overseas, and that any bids from overseas will be cancelled. The only problem is they seem to be last second bids, so I wouldn't have time to cancel them.

You need to enter EXCLUDED LOCATIONS in Help and contact. It is part of the listing form, and you just click each section Africa, Europe etc. to block all Countries.
In any case if you do not quote overseas postage, while overseas members may bid they cannot pay.
Just having Posts to UK only is not read, just block all. I have cut back on Countries I am prepared to post to, which includes Northern Ireland because of the aggravation and customs so my summary looks like this
