Delivery contact email is invalid

Hey, 

I’m selling an item which the buyer has now paid for and the shipping label is ready, however, when I try to view the label it says “it was not possible to generate the label. Delivery contact email is invalid.” 

I’ve asked the buyer to confirm their details which they’ve done - but no luck. It still won’t work. 

Any suggestions?

Is it possible that post code is quoted incorrectly using numbers and letters for example 0 number O letter?

Have you tried post code on google to see what address shows?
