Buyer selected a postage option that doesn't accept golf clubs....

Someone has purchased a golf club from me but they have selected Yodel that doesn't accept golf clubs. When I then try to refund/cancel the sale, ebay is trying to charge me nearly £30!!! 

I need help on how to resolve this please, thank you very much!

If you used any listing extras such as a reserve they are non-refundable.   If not get onto ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:
