Request to update tracking number

Unfortunately, I was unable to use eBay’s postage service and had to pay for shipping directly at the post office. As a result, the tracking number has changed.

The new tracking number is NWEM2031575GB (Parcelforce).

Could you please update the tracking information accordingly?

This is an ebay member forum, so we can't update anything, neither can ebay CS.

You will have to wait 14 days for money to be paid.

You must also correctly upgrade to business seller, all your items are new.

When upgraded, you can use any carrier you want & add tracking if not bought through ebay.
