Q.R. code

Good evening 

I sold something on an account which I have used very little over the last few years.

The email account that is attached to the ebay account seems to be defunct. 

I have tried every possible wat to get onto my email account but cannot.

It means I cannot get the Q.R. code to send the parcel, I also have no printer.

How do I get out of this pickle?

I take it you've tried clicking on Get  prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code?   Or change the defunct email address at  My eBay > Account tab > Personal Information > Contact details > Email address > Edit on the far right.

Otherwise I think you'll have to explain the problem to the buyer then cancel the transaction with their agreement and relist on your other account for them to buy again.

Details of sales would come to you via messages, not email, also information would be in the seller hub.

Have you looked for messages at the BELL symbol top right of ebay pages.
