If you have opened a case for not received or return, you are entitled to a full refund. After exactly 3 days that is day 4 you can escalate the case to ebay to get a PROPER refund. Credit note will not be accepted by ebay as a refund.
By not refunding properly seller will get a defect, and of course you are entitled to leave appropriate feedback.
