Help with return label

I have received a return label and the item listed is a “carpet” when I am returning a water bottle. I’m concerned this means the seller can reject the return as a “wrong item returned”

If you bought a water bottle, then you return a water bottle.

So long as you opened a return case and tracking proves return and delivery that is good enough for ebay.

I am assuming that you have opened a proper return case and not just relying on messages from seller. If you have not opened a case, then your chances of getting a refund are Nil.
