My Listing is suppressed i submit the relevant Documents but eBay did not activate my listing

It takes a while for documents sent to be verified, 5 days and sometimes longer.

Have you fully registered for eBay's Managed Payments?  Have you received 2 micro deposits and confirmed these back to eBay?  See here:
