incorrect sized boots

Bought a pair of boots advertised as size uk10  but they were  us10 ( making them size uk8 ) seller agreed a return . The Post Office has made 3 failed delivery attempts what should I do now

Did you return through a proper ebay case for Not as described ? 

If so ebay should accept attempted delivery and you can escalate the case to ebay.

However if you returned as a private arrangement with seller, then  nothing can be done through ebay, and it is down to seller to sort out.

Seller not accepting parcel from post office therefore I'm not receiving
refund also not replying to my 3 emails ,thanks

It is hard to help with so little information.

Did you open a return case through Ebay or was this just an arrangement with the seller.

Even if the seller refuses delivery (or has given you an incorrect address) Ebay will step in to help you through an open case.

So, the crucial information is -

Did you do the return through an Ebay 'I want to return my item' case?
