Authenticity not adding all?

I just wonder why 1 of my items at 599 is not going to Authenticity place, do I need to change listing? I do want it to go there.

I have been selling gold for years, always listing the same way, I thought
the item just had to be over £500 to go to the Authenticity place.

I wonder if the title is not being properly picked up - the issue could be yellow gold/white gold.

Maybe get rid of the / and write 'white & yellow gold' with clear spaces in between yellow and gold.

Does the pendant have a UK hallmark?  I can see the 375 9K marks but it does need a hallmark as per the jewellery policy.
