No problem with this thanks to Ebay but I sold an item to a buyer who then made a 'return' request before the item had even arrived! Received an email from Ebay to say a case had been opened and that they had 'stepped in' to deal with it. The almost instant outcome resulted in a 'no return' due to 'no fault' on my part happening and yet the buyer was given a refund along with me keeping the payment they made.
Very happy with this outcome of course and Ebay has been great but what on earth could have happened? And also what has happened to the quite high value item?
