Buyer won item said they were in China, shipping address in UK?

I had a buyer message me a few days ago about an item they then placed a bid just before the end and won the item.
when I looked on the buyers profile it said they were in china.
they also sent a question about the item’s condition after the auction which annoys me because they could do this all before bidding. But I clarified everything and they paid.
I went to check shipping and it’s to an address in the UK. I’m not sure if it’s one of those e shipping warehouses that handles package forwarding.
is this suspicious activity or against eBay’s terms in any way?

There is nothing wrong in an overseas member using a freight forwarding company.  You can check whether that is what the address is by using google (other search engines are available).

One good thing is that the ebay money back guarantee is removed when someone uses a freight forwarder, but this might still leave chargebacks.
