How can someone collecting paid-for item on my behalf enter QR code?

I live in Western Australia. I have successfully bid on an item (a large model ship, too big & fragile to ship)  in the UK. My Derby-resident son-in-law has kindly agreed to collect from seller (nr Bracknell) on my behalf. How can he enter QR collection code and show it to seller on the spot as to re-assure seller that there is a record of seller  having satisfactorily completed all his obligations?

You  can send those 6 Digits in a message to your son-in-law , they can pass the numbers to the seller,  who can enter the numbers manually on the order details,  alongside confirm order.
