Collection changed to delivery

I had listed an item for collection, but a buyer made an offer and asked for delivery.  How do I handle this if I was not presented with any delivery options when the sale was made?  Can I use my own courier?

You need to start again.

Cancel, relist are the agreed price (remember the buyer protection fee), and with a postage option.

You can't 'mix and match' on ebay.

Yes, the refund will happen when you cancel.

How do I cancel, I can't see an option for doing that...

You need to get the buyer to agree,  then it's one of the drop down options next to the sold item in your seller hub.
