Re my old user Savetheworld-2013

My friend went onto my ebay account because she was selling match attack cards.She then went on to bid on my account without my knowledge. I noticed it when I went onto my ebay that she made a mess of my account.She said I must ignore it as she cancelled the deal so nothing to worry about.I received a moorscroft letter saying that I owe £214. I donot owe ebay any money nor did I do anything wrongfully.I am sorry for all this inconvenience and was sad to see that ebay blocked me.My old account user name was Savetheworld-2013 Please look into this as a matter of urgency.Kind Regards Karen Kotze

This is not ebay here, we are ordinary members like you and have no access to your account or previous user names.

If you mean that your friend accessed your account and made alterations, how did they access it? If they used your password and login details you are responsible.  You should change your password immediately.

unfortunately eBay hold the account holder responsible for everything that happens on the account.

Unless you can convince eBay that your account was hacked they will expect the money to be paid.
