Issues with Global Shipping Program Not Being Used on Recent Sales

Hi everyone,

I've been using eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) for a while now without any issues. However, recently, I’ve noticed that some of my international sales are not going through GSP, even though I haven't changed my settings. Instead, I’ve had to pay expensive shipping fees myself, and I even had a tracksuit sent to Germany returned, forcing me to cancel the order to avoid further costs.

I checked my shipping preferences, but I’m unsure if eBay has switched me to eBay International Shipping (EIS) or if something else has changed. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to ensure GSP is always used for my international sales?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I checked some of your listings, 

Some show GSP, others you posting international yourself.

Thanks for your message. You mentioned that some of my items are set to
Global Shipping Program (GSP), while others require me to post them myself.
I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know where to check or how to
adjust this, as I’d like to make sure all my international orders go
through GSP properly.

If you click on postage on any listing, then click arrow to select another country, 

It shows if item in GSP or seller posting international.

Have you signed up to Lucid or similar for German Packaging Requirements?

If not that could be why that package was returned
