Evri left my parcel in the public stairs to our flats these stairs are open to the public and have lots of foot traffic and well the parcel was stolen!
Evri say its down to the seller to submit a claim for the parcel so I opened a did not receive case with ebay and the closed the case in favour of the seller! so I'm now out of pocket! is there anything else I can do? I thought it was sellers responsibility until the parcel is delivered to me but ebay seem to think otherwise.
