Ebay recently offered a discount for purchasing by the ebay app but it is impossible to install the app on a PC and the code will not be acceopted when placing an order on the web site . Why would anybody want to order goods on a mobile phone when a PC is far more convenient . It looks as if the discount voucher is a waste of time
