Unable to restart account

I had an acc  few years back with over a 1000 FB.  I was hoping to restart selling but unable to access old acc. Ebay has set me up with a new acc with 0 FB. I still have old acc info, p/word, personal question etc but have had no luck logging in. Is it dead and gone or is there any way to retrieve the original acc

You may have created a new account by signing into Google or similar.

Try logging out, clearing cache and cookie then log into your original account.

When you find it, there have been many changes in last year or so, and you will need to register to sell and add a bank account.

We don't know how long it was since you last used your account, but eBay keeps old accounts open for years, possibly even indefinitely.

What response are you getting when trying to log in? If it was a very long time since you last did so, you might be required to change your password. (All users were required to do this after a hacking episode some years ago.) If you use "forotten password" it will probbaly give you the option to create a new one.
