I'm pretty new to eBay started selling back in March.

I cancelled/ended auctions early some wernt gaining any momentum and I changed my mind on auctions on a couple of items and changed to buy now.

Problem is when I cancelled I selected cancelled due to stock which wasn't technically correct, I don't even no why I selected this, I didn't no the this would course issues, I appealed this but was declined and now I actually don't no what to do to fix it

Cancelling for an out of stock reason would give you defects on your account.

You still have items for sale so your account is not restricted.

To bring back up to required Selling Standard,  you just need to make enough sales,  and receive no defects on those .

Why were you cancelling auctions  , I'm presuming with bids, before they ended?  This also would bring you damaging defects if seen to be doing this regularly, eBay do not like unhappy buyers.

To avoid disappoint for the price reached when an auction ends,  simply start the auction for the lowest amount you are happy to receive,  it cannot sell for less.

Ebay expects sellers to have no more than a 2% defect rate.

Therefore you need to get above 100 sales in last 12 months to drop below 2%. This can sometimes be difficult if ebay impose any restrictions on your selling.
