Feedback

ebay is just getting worse, no wonder people are leaving and selling on vinted(i sell a lot on there now because ebay is just a joke) i sold an item and within seconds the buyer cancelled and put a stupid reason (brought by mistake??? any way i thought i would leave feedback to let people share my experience with this buyer, i put  "beware bids wins and cancels straight away, complete time waster", and the  next day  i got a message from ebay stating i had violated the Feedback misuse policy.  my feedback comment was not nasty conflicting or name calling or abusive. it was just a comment on my experience for that transaction. why have feedback if you cannot state the truth as to what happened.. according to ebay perhaps my feedback  should of been  never mind i love it when people do this and i have only another week to wait till it sells again and with a bit of luck the next buyer might do the same??

You're not allowed to leave buyers negative feedback, hence why only green positive is shown.

Also, you can't sell part used cosmetics (perfume).

RM won't accept them anyway without original box.

Your feedback was against Ebay policy - you can see a whole list by using the link but I have copied the relevant bullet point:

When do we remove feedback?

Harmful, inappropriate or irrelevant comments and images

We remove all feedback that contains any:

  • Negative comments with positive ratings, or positive comments with negative ratings

You need to read up ebay policies about feedback as @jckl1957 showed.

See here about cosmetics.
