I urgently need help with a scheduled pickup for an item I sold. The system has selected an old address that I no longer live at. I have not used this address for over two years.
The courier is scheduled to pick up the item on Monday, and if they go to the old address, the pickup will fail. This is time-sensitive, and I need the pickup address updated immediately to avoid any issues with the shipment.
