I bought a dongle, it wont work with my SIM card, when on line via 4G it says corrupt, warning messages, its reading my SIM details but no internet? It wont do anything, I have tried contacting the seller and they are ignoring me

If it doesn't work and the seller is not interested, start a return, get a label from the seller and send it back for a refund.

They kept replying to my messages with what I need to do, so I did that followed the instructions thought it was just me being not very savvy with modems, then I went to return and the window had passed 30 days, I now feel this was done on purpose, the item comes up with a corrupt message, all items have the same 

password

If you are outside of the 30 days for an Ebay return, try your payment provider.

Unless you paid with Paypal or your Ebay balance, you should have up to 120 days to start a chargeback on the grounds you have bought an item online which is not fit for purpose.
