But how did you return it?
Did you return it through an eBay return request, and by a tracked delivery service? Does the tracking confirm that it has been delivered?
Has the return request been updated with any other information - for example, your seller may have confirmed the refund, but as this is made through eBay it can take some time to reach you. And when it does it will be returned to your source of funding, e.g. credit or debit card.
If you followed the correct procedure and the item has been received but the seller has not confirmed the refund you should, as has been said, now be able to escalate it to eBay now.
