Hello. I purchased a pair of tyres. Buyer confirmed they had no damage. Between receiving the tyres and fitting them, there was a 3 week gap. Both tyres had damaged to them. One of the tyres damage was a cut, the other had a bilge which was only visible and noticeable once fitted and filled with air. I should have fitted the tyres sooner. I left feedback based on what i saw, this I should have done once I had fitted the tyres. I’ve raised a return however the seller has claimed the tyres were fine when they were posted. Do I have a case for a refund?
