<p>I issued a refund of <strong>$16.64</strong> yesterday.<br>
Yesterday my available funds were reduced by this refund amount, and the remaining balance went into negative.</p>
<p>But today, in my payout, eBay has again deducted the same refund amount (<strong>$16.64</strong>).<br>
This means the refund was deducted twice:</p>
<ul>
<li>From Available Funds yesterday</li>
<li>Again from Today’s Payout</li>
</ul>
<p>Please reverse the duplicate deduction.</p>
