I recently bought a full-price DVD (+ postage) to find it is a copy burned onto a blank DVD disc, with the label printed at home and stuffed into a blank DVD jewel case.
I reported it to eBay who investigated it and found it 'didn't violate their rules' which, actually it does. EBay even included their policy in their reply to me, which this seller is clearly violating. I appealed, citing their own rule, and again they allowed it.
What is the point of having policies if they are ignored. The seller did NOT state these DVDs are copies, and is selling them as genuine DVDs.
Not only does this violate eBay policy, it is illegal.

Open a return using Not as Described. Return the DVD and get a refund.
In the meantime go online and Google where to report counterfeit DVDs as there is a dedicated body who will be very interested. I have done this myself but it's a while ago and I cant remember who I reported it to.

Thanks for your prompt reply, I have Googled and bookmarked a couple of sites and will be reporting them. I've looked at this seller and their shop is pretty much all 'rare' DVDs, as mine was listed.

That's good. It's always best to report these people to the top.
