Did you mean:

faulty goods supplier.

I can't get help form ebay for faulty goods, i keep going round in circles. I want my money back. When I try to contact ebay, it sends me to automated chat, and that says someone will ring me, but that does not happen, I can't contact the seller. In the refunds the web site can't find the product. So I left with a product that does not work and out pf pocket.

You are posting from a brand new account, created yesterday so I assume you did not make your purchase using this account.

Did you buy as a guest - without logging into an Ebay account?

When did you receive the faulty item and what was it?

More information will mean you can get useful advice.

"There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.”

Your seller (whose username you mistyped) is a private seller. This means that you have no statutory consumer protection.

It will be covered by eBay's money back guarantee for 30 days from the date of delivery. Have you opened a case?

If you're already beyond the 30 day time limit it will be too late to do anything through eBay. According to how you funded the payment, your payment provider e.g. credit or debit card may still be able to help.

When asking questions, please remember that we're not mind readers. It's hard to help if you don't even tell us when you bought it, how you paid and whether the seller is a private seller or a business.
