The only way this can be reported is for you to open return cases for these items,  stating....  Does Not Match Photos or Description / or Faulty.

eBay work on cases opened,  so if enough cases for this item are made, eBay will act, either by having the item or the seller removed from eBay.

You have 30 days from estimated delivery date given to open an official  'Item/s not as described' case below --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance in obtaining a full refund --- more case options here >

i feel these should not be sold for use.

eBay warns buyers in Section 2 of the User Agreement that they do not guarantee that items sold here will be safe, legal - or even exist. Would you have bought from a shop that stated this?

It was your choice to accept this warning and take the risk of buying here. Buying from unknown sellers on eBay is not like buying from the shops. eBay is a jungle.

I did not know this being nearly 70 . I will never buy electric things again from ebay. Surely they have a duty of care to what is allowed to be sold for public safety? Thank you for giving me this info
