Hi,
Can anyone advise how to post to Guernsey from the UK. Until recently, I would opt out of Simple Delivery for orders from there and arrange Royal Mail Postage myself. The option to opt out of SD has now gone and my customer (who happens to be my BEST customer) cannot buy from me and sees the message "Seller does not ship to your location". I have twice contacted Ebay, but their advice has proved useless and I have lost my best customer.
Many thanks.

Let us know if it works and come back here as you’ll need to tweak the tracking numbers on your dispatched item also you may need to claim a refund on the label eBay may send ( we don’t know if they do in this situation so it would help us too, with future queries of this nature.)

Yep, no option to opt out of SD for Private sellers anymore, unless it's for some of the exempt items, from certain categories.
Deselect Evri as a postal option that should allow peeps from the Channel Isles to buy from you , link below:

Placing the buyer's ID on your ' buyer exemption list' in your Site Preferences may help too.

If you are able to go direct as and use a tracked service, as VAT is NOT charged on the service to the CI's, on over the counter at a PO or on Click and Drop. You will need to fill in a CN22 customs form (standard for the CI's)
FOr some reason there is an issue sending with SImple Delivery to the CI's - It doesn't work. So its not so simple at all.
Are you able to relist the items for your buyer using Royal Mail, but put seller pays postage (just increase the price of the item so you not out of pocket on postage).
