I have noticed that since using simple delivery and I have a problem, I reach out to the buyer and let them know,. Twice this has happened and the first time my fault as I put small parcel and it was in fact medium because of the weight. I let the buyer know that the tracking number would be different but all I get is a message from ebay saying your buyer has reached out, as you use simple delivery we will work with your buyer, so I have no idea if the buyer knows, if happy or is upset (I do not charge for the new label, I swallow those costs as well as ebays myself). The first one worked out ok but it has now happened again and once again I am not allowed to see the buyers reply. Is there any way to view the replies. Thank you.
