Now that Ebay have introduced the new postage option Simple Delivery. This takes the control of how I ship my goods away from me and places orders for delivery through Royal Mail or Evri. However as a housebound person I used to be able to arrange for Royal Mail to collect. Not possible now or so it seems. Is there anyway around this option? If not I am not going to be able to sell on Ebay anymore.
eBay only use Royal Mail for home collection but you need a printer to first print the label then go to the Royal Mail site to book the collection part.
A fully integrated collection service where Royal Mail will bring the label is being worked on.
