I'm an ebay seller and since evri is official courier now on here trying to figure out how to get tesco points for those evri prepaid labels.
Tesco cx service couldn't help.
Ebay human agent couldn't help.
Not chuffed about evri being only option here, (I was rather happy w the cheap and cheerful yodel) so at least wanted to get some loyalty points out of it.
Chatting to evri cx service was futile as all they do is ask fro tracking number! I don't have any tracking number, I have a question ! Or even if I give one Recent TN, obviously all thye going to say is
'it has been delivered' or if not yet, u do blah blah blah.
Wonder if anyone started rolling the ball yet and managed to get through to a human at evri and I could have the tips please how? Thanks
