I have a problem with a refund and funds pending .. I sent out a jacket on the 7th of August the buyer received a few days later and the same day sent a refund request .. so funds where pending .. I received the jacket back and processed the refund but then the money came out of my bank .. last Friday 29th .. how can this happen has his payment wasn't released to me .. I never got paid but still had to refund the buyer the money .. I asked before and the response was
As soon has I issue the refund eBay release the buyers funds and it comes back to me
This was 4 days ago and I'm still missing £35
Can anyone help
