Hi I need a bit help I bought an ebike December 2024 it has not got a fault with the motor , I have tried to contact the seller but have had no reply for a week. I sent him all the details of the purchase and what the fault is, so can anyone tell me what I have to do now. I have beem in contact with the supplier who made the bike and they have told me they only cover bikes bought through there direct website and it is down to the seller to let then know what the fault is and to get it repaired then they pay for the repair.
