Ordered some shoes on 25/04, it said they were posted on 29/04 but did not arrive. Contacted the seller (communication has been sporadic at best) on 17/05. Opened an appeal the day after and they replied sating they had not in fact posted the shoes and so cancelled the order/issued a refund (my preference was to have the shoes when I selected the option in the report section). The refund initially went through and I assumed the matter was closed. I checked my bank today and the refund has not gone through, it is not on my transactions at all anymore so I’m assuming it was cancelled. The seller is now no longer responding to my messages. On Ebay it says it has been refunded, my online banking account had the refund in on Saturday and now it is no longer there, so I think they have cancelled this. Ebay says the case is closed and I can’t find a way to contact anyone for help here.
Any help would be appreciated.
