I know there are similar subjects out there in the past but I can't seem to reply to them for further advice, hence this .
All the items I've sold in the past have been to home addresses, not collection points, as in the past I've read about things have gone missing when posting to them so didn't post. I'm now selling more items than usual so am open to posting to C&C but a bit reserved.
A buyer, with 100% feedback, has named an Argos click and collect as the posting address.
I am only able to post via royal mail at the moment, and everything I have sent so far has been Royal Mail tracked with no issues. But I'm not sure how this works getting something delivered to a store, not a private property, as it doesn't sound that secure. Royal Mail signed for is an option, but that's not tracked and I thought Ebay policy meant for buyers to be covered the item had to be tracked.
Could someone kindly help with what is the best Royal Mail postage service when posting to an Argos / Sainsbury Click and Collect - that would mean I'm covered should the item go missing?
I am aware if I buy this option through the Ebay service, it will automatically come with the eCP number, as well as my return address, on the postage slip - both of which are required.

You post to address supplied by eBay when buyer pays.
Make sure you include the Ecp code on address and send tracked, most couriers do this.
As long as you prove delivery to C&C store, you are covered.
Buyer has 7 days to collect item.

If a buyer selects a Click & Collect option, after they've paid eBay will send you the name and address of the store to send that item.
Once tracking shows delivery to the store, your responsibility ends for any case of item not received.
There's a 7 day deadline for buyers to pick up their item from store , some miss this and open cases for item not received, as long as you have tracking showing the item was delivered to the store, you will not need to refund.
