Buying item says I've collected it, I haven't.

Hi, I recently purchased an item and a couple of days later it says  I collected it from my collection point .

First I didn't nominate a collection point,  second  it was at a delivery office in England,  I'm in Northern Ireland. 

Seller says its making its way to me...?

Never encountered anything like thos before.

Wait until the estimated delivery date on the order has passed and if it still has not arrived by then, open a 

suitable  'Not Received' case and escalate case to eBay after 4 complete days >
