How do I opt out of this expensive SIMPLE DELIVERY to list cheap items or to relist them?

For items sent by letter see here from SD.

The option to opt out and select Custom postage instead will only be available for letter-sized items in the specific categories below that are priced £10 and under. The £10 limit applies to the item price only and excludes the Buyer Protection Fee.

Scroll right to the bottom of this long explanation of what is supposed to be simple but is not, to see link to categories where you can select your own postage.

If you find a category that is suitable you might need to look at sub categories, as it does not cover everything in the general category stated. Why only ebay knows.

Hi John, thanks for your reply to my problem and yes I have scrolled down to find the categories involved and note that yes my category of Stamps is there ( my average sale over the last 12 months has been £7 and 99% of the sales go in letter size envelopes at 2nd class post.) So, eBay should allow me to opt out of Simple Delivery, and up to this week, I used to be able to. Now I can not, they even state I have to use a large letter or larger, and I do not see how to opt out when listing or relisting my items.
