how to edit a removed advert

Hi, eBay has removed an advert because they say it violates their hazardous gas policy (welding bottles, kept in a garage) 

It has now been greyed out but I can't edit it, remove it or delete it. I am totally stuck. 

I tried the chat bot but it didn't understand what I was asking. 

Any one else had this happen and advise?

If it's been removed and is no longer an active listing you don't need to do anything, you can't relist it anyway.
